How does the html video & audio work on your phone coz even with the right code the "play" is just stale

#1 Is the file in the right location?
#2 Does it work on a different device
#3 Which format is it in, I only use Mp4 and mp3
#4 Have you tried converting your media into a different codec, i know some browsers struggle to play H.265 so try using H.264 instead.
