ethical hacking is a real thing not sure why everybody is hating ... its called being a white hat hacker you take the same steps a black hat hacker would take in order to patch and fix bugs before someone with malicious intent beats you to it. you have to be one step ahead of the enemy if you will. in order to succeed in internet security you need to know as much about hacking as possible ... as stated above i would recommend kali linux if you want to write your own programs c++ is the way to go.

I apologize sir. but note that I said ethical hacker, not only"hacker". I know hacking is illegal but hacking ethically, is legal. that is called while hat hacking. and ethical hacker and internet security specialist can be a same person. hopefully you got that .sir. now can I have my answers??

You're first saying you want to be an "ethical hacker", now you say that you want to be an "internet security specialist". Those are both different types of people. A hacker is someone that is in most cases harming a system that they've breached or gaining access to a breached system. An internet security specialist is someone that is given permission by a customer or person to specifically search for vulnerablities in their system or platform, whatever it is. If you're wanting to be either, (you shouldn't be a hacker, hacking is illegal), you need to first understand how systems are made up, like for example how database queries are sent, and you need to learn where a spot in the system can by mistake allow the user to use their unexepected malicious tasks.
