"Top 2.87% of this month" what does this mean ?

This value which is situated under the home tab on the tp of the page just above the xp bar, what does this mean ?

Sololearn tracks your monthly score (the points you get for doing challenges/courses, upvotes etc.) and compares it with either the whole sololearn community or your local(country) sololearn community. Top 2.87% means that you have a greater score than 2.87% of the current population. If you click the number you can switch between the local and the overall community. The higher the percentage, the higher leaderboard position and vise versa.
