What is up with all the bad questions?

In the HTML challenges there are some really great questions that challenge you. There are also some that have nothing to do with the course. Others that are things we didn't even learn in the course. Why are there questions that don't cover things that were taught in the course? The questions should cover things we learnt in the course. I want to hear everyone else's opinions on this.

If you feel the question was bad or nonesense as you call it, when a challenge is complete, below the score, you will see "view correct answers", from the right and top, you will see a white exclamation which will give you a dropdown asking you to give reasons for reporting the question or other option is to create question that is not nonsense and that will be approved.

Dunno why "the community" keeps voting in quotations that aren't covered in the course...
