How do i start using the app from the beggining

Like, to restart a course? Under the 'Learn' tab (left-most tab on the app), when you are selecting a course (using the 'change' button), you'll see three vertical dots next to a cloud icon to the right of each course. Click those dots, and a menu will pop-up. One of the options will be "Reset Progress".

.... the first answer is ok but it only reset the questions, was just institutionalized for a couple months and wanted to retake it from the beginning any help?? (even as a replay)
