"stuck" on positioning 2/8 (mod 4)

Question

Appears there is "bug" assoc. with assessment portion? Whenever I try add the third fill-in "answer", program crashes.... Selected choices for fill-in answers do not seem to matter nor does the order in which they are entered nor does my method of entry (tap to select vs drag & drop).....Using iOS 9.3.5 due to older device. Anyone else having this issue? I am not sure how to successfully submit correct assessment responses so I can continue on with lessons.... Anyone have suggestions. Thanks in advance

Fixed! Completed the assessment via web browser with no problem 😀
