Does SoloLearn limit execution time to run code?

Question

I have a program to find all possible multiplication on the matrix. My program doesn't run properly when i add another matrix instance.

It's the same as the rest; < ~5s. Returned HTML/JS/CSS runs on mobile and does not have the restriction, as long as output finishes in time.
