it depend on what would you like to do. but first of all you need a lot of practice. surely you need to learn some frameworks: bootstrap(CSS), some js framework(there are a lot of them)

depends what you want to focus on. maybe you could try some backend language like php, or maybe stick with js and go with nodejs. and if you decide you want to stay with frontend then my vote goes to frameworks like angular, react, maybe vuejs...
