I'm new to programming what is the best way to learn, websites or tools to do it?

I started learning how to program about a month ago, but after a month I finally decided I want to learn python and front end developing. I'm taking udemy, coursera, solo learn, and freecodecamp courses when I have time. I was jumping around getting really frustrated, I'm looking for a community that can help me with some advice and be patient with me in this learning process. I work in the oil field as a truck driver and desperately want to get out maybe in the next year. I would appreciate any help.

coursera can help you. you can take the programming for everybody presented by dr chuck university of Michigan. That will give you a basic python knowledge. then if you want to go higher than take the python course by MIT in Edx.org and you will learn about solving difficult problem. and another course presented by university of Michigan on web design for everybody. dont take this course if you are familiar enough with bootstrap and JavaScript and HTML. then another course presented by hongkong university of science and technology can help you advancing your front end development skill. best of luck
