How can I code a "log in /sign up" section for the visitors of my blog, please?

Question

I am Rodolphe from Gabon (central Africa). I have been coding only since 4 days and I am Level 5 (bronze). I have notice that there are some tricky codes I cannot write so far. I have an educational blog on Jimdo (hnrconsulting.jimdo.com/cours-en-ligne) and I would like to creation a section where visitors of the blog, I meant learners, can access the content of the page by logging in or signing up.

Is there anyone who can write a sample code for me in here?

First of all you will need a database that save users pass and name [...]. Maybe with SQL. I don't know which lang you are making this site but I would recommend php.
