As Luka mentioned, go to that link and you'll be in the learning area of Unity. Honestly, I recommend reading ALL of the documentation AND go through ALL of their tutorials. Unity has a very good learning section, and there is a lot of resources to learn with directly from their website. By the time you get through all of their documentation and tutorials, you'll be in a position to get started with making something and learning more. They have a lot of complete projects that they let you use as tutorials.

I forgot to mention, Unity uses C# for its scripting language, so you'll want to know that as well. https://www.sololearn.com/Course/CSharp/ Working with others on games has helped me learn a lot of stuff. Everyone has different perspectives and thoughts on how to do things, so its always an opportunity to learn something new or a new way to do something; hopefully more efficiently.
