I think you should decide your goal and in which programming language you have interest. If you face any problem sololearn community is there to help you.

1st thing first what do you want to do with programming ??? Do you have a goal or idea you want to accomplish before you dive into the wondeful world of code.

After figuring out what is it that you want to do or create (mobile app, automate a process, web app, etc), it is a good starting point to begin with reading about Object Oriented Programming, but if you want to begin coding, JavaScript is a good first language, cause it's one of the simplest (does not mean is not robust or doesn't get complicated ahead) and you don't need to install anything.

I've been there! pick a language. then: start learning. do coding when able. stop. figure out what scares you the most or - what you tend to 'work around' instead of using. (for me, it's loops. loops scare me. I think I hate giving up control to the program). :p start creating code involving your weak point. try and change it up, so that it isn't boring. try your best and see if you can learn something new every day, even if it's just a simple clicking in that 'loops are your friend'. (I'm still afraid of loops.) good luck! ;)
