I've finished the HTML, CSS & JS courses. What should I do to practice web development or to create a website?

build a personal portfolio page similar to a,resume. from there you can link to other things you've created at codepen or github or ....

You should practice a lot by making websites...... But don't upload them.... (do that when you think you're ready)
