whenever you feel like it because it does not have to be true for you to say it but if it's not true then there may be conciquences but it really just matter's about how good you have to be at a language before you can call yourself a personal

Maybe one way to think about it it's that
When you work and get pay as a Java developer now you are a professional Java developer
But like others already said, you will have to read, to learn, to update your knowledge every day, that's a good professional
