Is this necessary to learn java before html, JavaScript,css?

Depends on the purpose of what you want to learn?

Want to learn front-end development? No you don't necessarily need to learn java

Want to learn object oriented programming? maybe but you could use other languages like CPP as well

Want to be full-stack? Well you can do both at the same time :) I would recommend to start with Java because you would have a solid base for your back-end to start with.. but is it necessary? No.

In fact i think the most important factor here is your preference, what goals do you want to reach and which languages do you need and how do you need them.

you have to learn in this order: HTML, CSS, JavaScript after that maybe some backend like PHP or C#
