Java or C

Question

I know a bit of C and a bit more of Java right now. What language should I focus on, if I want to start working as a developer?

If you want to work on embedded systems, language compilers, operating systems and stuff like that focus on C. If you want to make android apps, make cross-platform desktop apps or work on big company backends focus on Java.
