Going through usernames.

Question

The code I have now works fine, but the case below, am struggling with.
But the trouble i have now is that am supposed to make sure the comparison is case sensitive. So if like the username don has been used, then usernames like Don or DON should also not be accepted. how can i do that. Help.

I also tried using the and or (or) in the if the statement but they usually print one or the other one
