Click button to open window (python tkinter)

Question

I have difficulty making a VERY SIMPLE program on python using tkinter ......I have made a window we're is a button (click me) it is supposed to open another window but it doesn't ....it appears everything form the second window to the first window ...plz help my nerves are getting really bad with it I stack there for over one week 😭
