How can I set the icon which will show up on a person's screen when he or she add a shortcut to the page at initial screen in the cell phone (mobile)?

Try something like this within your <head> : <!-- Add to homescreen for Chrome on Android --> <meta name="mobile-web-app-capable" content="yes"> <link rel="icon" sizes="192x192" href="path/to/icon.png"> <!-- Add to homescreen for Safari on iOS --> <meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-capable" content="yes"> <!-- You can set another color if you want --> <meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-status-bar-style" content="black"> <meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-title" content="Page title goes here"> <link rel="apple-touch-icon-precomposed" href="path/to/icon.png"> <!-- Tile icon for Win8 (144x144 + tile color) --> <meta name="msapplication-TileImage" content="path/to/icon.png"> <!-- You can set another color if you want --> <meta name="msapplication-TileColor" content="#00F"> <!-- Favicon (usally 16x16) --> <link rel="shortcut icon" href="images/favicon.png">

Hi Francisco You need to define a Web page manifest https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Manifest this will give you the "Add to home screen" on the hot dog menu on your mobile this is slightly out of date now, and you should look at building a PWA https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/codelabs/your-first-pwapp/
