How much time should i spend on programming per day ?

i have to study 12 hours aday and i have about 1 hour free time could i be a good programmer if i use this time for programming or that's not enough .

Do not put a measurement on the time. Code as much as you want. If you do not want to code, there in no point in doing that.
It is difficult to answer your question since it depends on how efficiently can you exploit that hour, derive benefits from coding, etc. If you intend to spend time sitting here in SoloLearn and reading courses, there's no point in such coding.
