I want to create GUI programs .Pc games. What should I learn first?

Almost every program has GUI but if you want to build a game I suggest you to use Unity game engine. Unity is a very popular free (if you have no profit) game engine where you can easily implement 2d and 3d. So you should learn c# OR javascript, because you only have to know one.
