how to make a separate login and password system

How to create this kind of login system that same as Microsoft, Google which is separate email and password. Can you do it in JavaScript? this kind of separation

Like put input for password in different page ?
For security reason dont use javascript for this. Let server side handle the value. You can use session in php to store the username so you can use it later when user submit the password
