Different between good programmer(junior) and extremly good programmer(senior).

Question

What's the different in these two guys? Of course this better one has got more experience as a programmer, but what does it really mean? Is he faster at coding? Can he solve coding problems alone, without help? Maybe he writes code uses all principles really good? Or maybe he is good in team work?

I think better programmer is slightly better in everything. Is it right?
What do you think about it, maybe not slightly, but much better?

I think the one who give better logic (makes most efficient program in terms of logic and memory) is better irrespective of junior or senior
