Styling .srt Subtitle with HTML!

Hey Friends, I'm looking for a way to Styling .srt English/Persian Subtitles (Font Type, Size and Color) using HTML! Is it possible!? Help me, Please.

Hello! .srt files, or any files in general cannot be edited with just HTML. You can, however, send requests to PHP from a HTML form, to make the PHP handle file editing.
