reversing string

I want to reverse string by spliting array, and reverse it. and connect and reverse all.

For example Happy Halloween
moving letter 3

Happy Hallow/ een
wolloH yppaH/ nee
een Happy Hollow

But there was some error in my code could you help me?

First reverse the string and then take number of letters and then add it to original string
