Best full stack react app?

Well i have been wondering what is the best way to create full stack react app(only js):
1-MERN stack: react axios with backend mongo, nodejs ans express
2- react apollo with backend node express graphql and mongo
3- react with meteorjs
Pls provide clean answer and explanation on wich way ! Thank u

Next.js is the better option is you want it to be seo friendly too.
Choose MERN if seo is not your concerns.
Backend is express with mongodb, build Rest-api or graphql.
