Why in conio.h file shows a dangerous one in Solo learn???

Question

In other compilers for PC like turbo c++ there shows conio.h is necessary whereas it gives danger warning here... please help I don't know what to do....

conio.h is not part of the official C++ standard, hence the warning. Moreover, TurboC++ is outdated and therefore should be avoided:
