Do i need to go through algorithms and data structures before learning a programming language?

Question

i read somewhere that one needs to have knowledge of these two before learning a language but i was thinking maybe i could straightaway jump into learning languages by going through instructions. I am a beginner hence the confusion

You don't need to know algorithms before starting to learn the language. Just start coding , solving problems, watching tutorials , reading books etc. Once you get good at it then start algorithms as it will be very useful. Good luck.

The most important thing is to know the logic behind the lines of code, from my point of few I think you dont need to know the algorithms yet, wish you luck.
