How to merge wav files into one?

Question

I'm making program in c++ builder 6 that encode text from user to morse code. I have done sound effects (after clicking on right button) and now I want to do a button that will save that file on computer. I have a sound effects for every letter and number and all I want is to merge this files into one. One play after another.
