What could be the best way to make a birthday surprise/greeting using code?

So, I have this friend of mine, she'll be celebrating her birthday next week. We're both beginners at programming, so I want to surprise her using codes and at the same time show her the power of programming.

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Well nothing has alot of shine and glare more than css i mean it's in the name cascade *STYLE* sheet so i guess you can make an interactive puzzle or something else with js and css or just use css to make something colorful and well designed. But if you are making it on your pc you can use python or c# with the help of modules and libraries and some tutorials, "i once made a bot that spams happy bday the entire day to my friend which i know is against the rules but hey worth it", dont be afraid to ask or to lookup stuff even the experienced do that and try your best you will be finding yourself hating what you have made but in reality remember that not many can make what you made the same way you made it.
