need help with what should i learn next .... i have basic knowledge of the programming languages but not enough to implement it

This is a great start! Community is amazing! You can tell that even the Devs have a passion for this. I would first recommend that you decide which language you wish to focus on.

Find out here in 3 question (takes about 15 sec):

Then go to code section and filter that language. find some codes, play around...

After you've "dipped your toes in the water" (so to speak). - As for example: produced a couple of codes (perhaps based on the courses in that language) you can move on to your next career here:

- interactive lessons, (better than codecademy) and you earn heavy certificates. these turn into jobs and you get to do projects too with pointers on what is required. Did I mention that it is absolutely free and made completely for dummies with clear instructions(?) :))

All your codes can easily be converted into apps via web services (completely free). I could put all my codes in here and make em into apps. :)

When (cause you will!) you're ever stuck:
Stackoverflow.com has all the answers.

And SoloLearn has all the support and encouragement you would ever need. :)

Try to have a look at some of the programs at the playground the other learners posted. And then try to code. And if you have done that, read something and then code again.
And if you have any question on how to implement something or your code doesn't compile... Then try to use Google on your issue. Or ask here.
Some of the learners are experts and always ready to help. Very nice people 😊

SoloLearn is a nice start getting familiar with basic concepts of a particular language. Next important thing is to find an IDE which is considered most helpful for your goals. Play around with it, do tutorials, so that, after a while, you feel comfortable with the dev envirnonment. Next step, plan your project. Make notes, what do you need? What tasks need to be performed. Do research. Are there libraries, projects, etc out there which may useful for your project. Play around with it. Put parts together. Do more research and so on...

I agree with Tristan, Freecodecamp is an excellent site to learn full stack related JavaScript. There you can actually learn to create a complex web app.

You can even use Udacity to learn about Android, Web or general programming (learning is free there but you need to pay if you want the nano degree certificate).

If you want to create a desktop app i.e. software in JS, you can search for Electron.
If you want to create a mobile app in JS , you can search for React Native or Ionic.

Or if you have any doubts / concerns or need any help, especially in JS, just let me know.

And if you can spend 10$ (with discount coupons), I would recommend a 40+ hrs course on Udemy. Its probably the best course out there.
