I have 10 numbers like
this is a.dat file
0.21, -0.07,0.97,0.64, -1.21, 1.06, -0.61, -0.30, 0.86,0.62
How will I read from it and compute the average of the data and finds the number of data above the average value?
Please Tell Me. I need to solve this.
