if LIAKOT HOSSAIN you are referring to SCSS or SASS or CSS4 no there are not any tutorials here but they do work here....
As to JavaScript there is the jQuery tutorial and a bit of angulal.js ... and PHP, and recently added react & redux tutorial.

not for frontend. JS is the only one who currently runs on browsers and can manipulate the DOM. and CSS the one who can style your HTML pages
