I need to buy PC for learning coding full time, my budget is 200usd.

I need buy PC so as to learn coding on full time basis. But I have jus 200usd. What features do you think I should watch out for while still researching for it?

It's hard to tell the costing with static pricing, because every country have different pricing on goods..
So I would just tell the Indian Market pricing which should be atleast 50000 INR, which sums around 665 USD, if I got to purchase laptop in India this should be the good enough budget. But In international the laptops within this budget might b more cheaper.
So as per my suggestions this should be good enough requirements:
-- Intel Core i5 8th Gen or equally AMD Ryzen 5 3rd Gen
-- atleast 8 GB RAM
-- 512 SSD or 1 TB HDD
-- Dedicated 2GB Graphics of AMD Vegan 8 or GeForce MX230
-- If Integrated Graphics then Intel will be good to
-- min 14 Inch FHD Dispaly for more battery life
-- max 15.5 Inch whic could possible have 4-5 hrs battery backup

Now with this specification you can check what pricing u have in your country
