ManuetOS - what do You think about assembly coding?

I start with excuse - it's hard for me to be sure how to use assembler/assembly words but i hope You understand an issue (sometimes i look at google to find out problem) MERITUM: What do You think about assembler's life? Is there any money profit? Is it worth to focus major time on it? I'm wondering will we ever come back to roots ? I can't stop thinking about a ManuetOS and .kkrieger game either - these have a very good performance. I'm aware that assembler is a CPU lang...

I share Your stand. Anyway it;s not a clue of my problem. You see - if i'll get success in my project i willntry to focus on the ASM. why? Becouse i beliebe i can do it better. I'm, sure there's still way for wiser codes. That's why i rather asm than any other :)

we will always need assembly code simply because if we didn't we couldn't have high-level languages. Technology is never static and architectures get upgraded and changed and so do programming languages making it necessary to use assembly to translate high-level functionality to the computer. Moreover it's a bit naïve to think that programming languages are the only thing that matters in computer science. A lot of people get into coding and think that learning programming languages is all that there is to computers. It's not. Nothing could ever get done without the machine so understanding what is going on beneath the screen is a pretty important aspect of what we do. Hope this helps. Happy coding! :)
