You must add for example

@keyframes slide-in-top {
0% {
transform: translateY(-1000px);
opacity: 0;
}
100% {
transform: translateY(0);
opacity: 1;
}

.circle1{

left:20vmin;

animation: slide-in-top ease-in-out
2s infinite ;
}

You need to add this to the element you want the animation.
