I don't know why the sololearn's website is not available as before. it broken down

sololearn.com frequently has bugs but they usually get fixed within a couple days. I saw the discuss and Code Playground search feature's CSS completely messed up a few times, for example. The site sometimes becomes unusable for a few days. I never use their mobile app but I get the feeling the mobile app is kept more stable.

I don't work for sololearn and their staff don't seem to watch the discuss feature so emailing them is the best way to report a problem that only they have the power to fix.
