After learning C# you will find it easier to learn and work on C++ as you are already known with the syntax.
And python anyways has a very simple and easy to understand syntax.
So now the matter of your concern is to choose which language is more proficient for your work.
For e.g- game development is usually done with some game engines which works on the physics behind the game and the most popular/powerful game engine UNITY worked on C and C# earlier so you would find more courses there.
For AI and ML the most used language is Python.
