How to change font colour of head in html ?

Question

I named My html head as "Health Organization". I want to change the font colour of word "Health" into red and keep the "Organization" font colour same.
Anyone know how to do it ??...

The head is not displayed apart from the title but that's outside the document and you can't change the color.
