Has anyone else's streak suddenly been reset?

Even though I've continued to do challenges each day, not only has it disappeared, but it seems to have forgotten the last week's entries in the display on my profile. Will this likely keep happening, preventing me from ever having a larger streak? Is there anything I can do you prevent or undo this?
