Did Java will be scraped ?? Effect of perl or python..

Question

Just due to oops concepts every developer ran/running behind java. But recently upcoming programming Languages like perl and python have almost all the features of java.. development test and release are became fast and easy with these languages.. even they named as scripting languages but still powerful than java.... so I feel next generation is completely all about these languages...
does my thoughts are correct or still there are any strong points to support java that it will lead the market for ages...

Java has t.he jvm which makes it cross platform. other languages dont. End of story. as long as java will have the overwhelming advantage of having to code only once for an app that runs on multiple platforms it will npt be replaced in the enterprise environment

i support what u said.. but when it comes to enterprise it is same for any language.. we have to count every software we install because of the licencing issues.. so we can create the environment to support the application like perl and python too.. rather installing java we can install perl/python for linux/windows.. we can write generic code for any type of os using perl and python.. then there is no point of depending on java for platform dependency...
