Why isn't the shortcut for opening coc-settings.json working ?

Question

According to the following link ,

in the opening configuration file section , i added the code from there to my .vimrc file but it gives me error saying unknown function SetupCommandAbbrs and few other errors . Where did i went wrong ? Any help is much appreciated.

Enzo Wong thks for answering. Later i deleted the vim and reinstalled it again and then it worked fine.
