Should we publish a website while learning these courses?

i mean i have basic knowledge of html css php and Javascript. and i want to make a website like online store.

Bro i think u shld design new functionalities separately and than u can insert them in your website..

It's better starting than thinking. If you have basic knowledge you can start. When you start you keep getting stuck, when you get stuck you keep seeking for answers, and thats the way you learn. Best of luck ☺️

instead of making a new one , find a website which you like and you think you can make it. try to build your own website same like that.
this will give you confidence and will test your knowledge.
