What do you do when "import numpy_financial as npf" is giving you an error feedback

res = npf.pmt(rate=0.15, nper=30, fv=2000000, pv=0)
print(res)

numpy couldn't be found

Definatlly install it using pip

pip install numpy-financial

I tried "pip install numpy-financial" and "I then try pip install numpy_financial", they both gave me syntax error
