Time Converter

Question

Hello All. I started learning recently and i am stock at the Time Converter because am unable to proceed further.
I have have been able to solve the Test case 1 and test case 2 but i cant seem to combine both program in order to proceed further.

Please any assistance on how to proceed. I am new to java and sololearn and i realy would like to continue on my journey.
