Presumably, more up votes come from users who see something and like it on some level...
Figure out what they'd like to see and you'll probably get more up votes.

Friends... I think you need to be nice to people for some amount of time and then you can develop the relationship from being a stranger, to an acquaintance, to a friend.

Podle Playz it is, but that's one effective way. I've seen it happen many times and I've tried it myself. I got alot of indians follower and likes for two days untill I change back to red
