@Burey is right use a bootstrap stylesheet, the content is good.

How about adding images showing the progress for typesetting technology?

Double spacing it would be nice. It is hard to read as is.

menu 2 and 4 don't have submenus, or they don't work.
You could add drop downs to ur sub menus. Style different paragraphs inside ur code to only display when a specific menu item is clicked.

Those wud be some legit improvements
