All my work was cleared

Question

I have finished 3 exercise modules and was working on the exception module. But suddenly all my work record are disappeared and i have to start from 1st exercise. It is so frastrated to have to do that.

You may have accidentally reset your progress:
All course history/records gets cleared as a result:
You'll have to start again:
from scratch!

Hi thanks for answering my question. Would you tell me how can I backup my work? I cannot find a 'backup' button in the app.

Its strange.Once you have completed a module ,the status will be updated in the server.You might have reset the status.

@Sandeep. that's true. as long as u have an Internet connection and u have completed a module your work is automatically saved. Use your log in details from another phone and you will still get your progress the same

i think that you did on ofline, and when you opened the app on device, you lost all progress as none of it was saved on servers
