What are the setup for a personal website server?

please clearly tell me about what are the requirements and components to make a personal website server. how its made???

Use Afrihost to make your website run on their server.

Or you can sign up for a FTP account to gain access to add .java, .py and more codes on your website.
If not you have a personal computer which runs under Windows Server OS and uses FTP, MySQL and more... Google's YouTube for example runs on their own IP address and domain called youtu.be

I believe the question was about use of personnal computer as web server, not how to host personal website ^^

It's depend of what you're expecting exactly: to have web server accessible only in you private network, it doesn't required lot of stuff ( even a mobile device can do the job ). But if you want a web server accessible on internet, you should have high avaibility and speed connection top be able to handle all internet requests ( purpose of internet is to route data packets over servers, without knowing the path used )

Depending on what you want to do with it WIX is also a nice option with alot of usefull tools and free (with limitations of coarse). So just check it out :). If you want a local server for data syncing accross devices: there are apps fore that or a rasberry pie or so. For an internet based data sharing, there are clouds. Most other options however to my knowledge is payed with few exceptions, once again depending on the reason for the app.
