1) Learn Java or Kotlin.
2) Install Android Studio or Eclipse.
3) Go to developers.android.com (official documentation) or 'thenewboston' YouTube channel (very good video tutorials).

you could learn the basics of java, download libgdx or eclipse and watch some youtube tutorials how to create apps and games?

im new my self and this is what im doing and it seems a good way to start.

i think there are other ways to create games that dont require much code if any like constructor 2 and maby unity.

but like i said i am new so i cant guarantee that my info is correct.
